JICA Partnership Program, Opening Ceremony (4th March, 2015)

 On 4th March, the opening ceremony of JICA Partnership program project was held at the Mulindi/Japan One Love site of Kigali. Ambassador Ogawa and Mr. Gastone, Member of Parliament who is a representative of people with disabilities attended it.

 This project is jointly implemented through JICA scheme by Tohoku Fukushi University and Mulindi/Japan One Love Project, and its aim is to teach PC skills to people with disabilities, and let them apply the skills for income generating activities. Since 16th February, the first elementary class started with 10 Rwandan students who have disabilities. Later on, a middle and upper class will start from July and August respectively. This project will continue till March 2017.
