May 6 - May 31, 2024	Application Screening All applications are submitted online to HEC (Deadline: End of the day on Friday, May 31) <<First Screening>> NOTE: The result of document screening, written examination and interview will be informed to the successful candidates only. (1) Document Screening will be in process, and the screening result will be disclosed to the successful candidates in the beggining of June.
Middle of June	(2) Written Examination Please read the Application Guideline No. 9 "SELECTION" and check your subjects of written examination.
Beggining of July	(3) Interview will be held at the Embassy.
November	<<Second Screening conducted by MEXT>> The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan will select the candidates according to the application documents and first screening results
January - February 2025	Final Results
March / August	Pre-departure orientation
April / September	Departure for Japan
